Certification & Practicum Requirements
Upon completion of all course requirements—including 40 hours of live weekly online classes, 24 hours of monthly virtual retreats, and 36 hours of home practice and study—you will receive a 100-hour Breathwork Facilitator Certificate.
This certification reflects your dedication to both the technical and energetic aspects of this work. It confirms that you have completed a comprehensive and trauma-informed training that blends somatic education, nervous system literacy, and ceremonial space-holding.
By the end of the program, you will be equipped with the tools, confidence, and ethical foundation to guide others safely and skillfully through the breath. You’ll be ready to share your unique voice, embody your practice, and bring this powerful modality into your community or existing offerings.
