Frequently Asked Questions

It’s also for anyone on a personal path of transformation who wants to deepen their understanding of the breath.

  • No previous experience is required. We welcome both beginners and those with an existing practice. The training meets you where you are and supports you in building confidence, skill, and embodied presence.

  • Yes. You’ll leave with both the knowledge and hands-on experience to begin facilitating breathwork in a grounded, ethical, and effective way. We also support you in building your unique voice and integrating breathwork into your current offerings.

  • Absolutely. A foundational pillar of this training is understanding how the nervous system works, how trauma lives in the body, and how to create safety and consent-centered spaces. This is not about forcing catharsis—it’s about honoring the body’s wisdom and pace.

  • All classes are recorded, so you’ll have access to replays if you miss a session. You are allowed to miss one live class with the commitment to review the recording and complete any assignments. If you miss more than one, you’ll be required to schedule a paid make-up session with one of the facilitators to ensure you’re fully caught up and able to receive certification.

  • The full investment is $4,000. You can pay in full or choose a payment plan: $1,000 deposit followed by 2 monthly payments of $1,600. Payment plans and limited scholarships are available to support accessibility.

  • Create a quiet, uninterrupted space just for you. You’ll want to have a mattress, yoga mat, or soft surface to lie on, along with a few blankets, a blindfold or eye mask, and water nearby. Treat each class as sacred space—arrive with presence, intention, and care for your nervous system.

  • • Individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions***. A pre-training health assessment and signed waiver are required to ensure safe participation.
    • Those unwilling or unable to commit to full attendance, participation in practice sessions, and completion of the required readings, daily breathwork practice, and journaling.
    • People uncomfortable with group dynamics, sharing in a communal setting, or respecting individual and group boundaries.
    • Participants who do not meet the ethical, safety, and cultural sensitivity standards required in this training.

  • That’s completely welcome. Many students join this training not to teach, but to deepen their personal practice, support their healing journey, or integrate breathwork into other modalities they already offer—like coaching, therapy, movement, or energy work. Whether you want to lead others or simply become more connected to your own breath and body, this training will meet you where you are.
