Policies and Agreements

This training is a sacred container rooted in integrity, presence, and shared commitment. To honor the depth of this work and respect everyone’s experience, we ask that all participants agree to the following:

Attendance & Participation

  • Live Class Requirement: Attendance at live classes is essential for embodied learning and community connection. You are allowed to miss one live class with the commitment to watch the replay and complete all practices.

  • Make-Up Policy: If more than one class is missed, you will be required to schedule a paid 1:1 make-up session to ensure you’re caught up and eligible for certification.

  • Active Engagement: Presence matters. Please arrive on time, minimize distractions, and show up fully. You are responsible for completing all home practices and assignments.

Technology & Environment

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection, access to Zoom, and a quiet, private space for each session.

  • For all Breathwork practices, set up a supportive environment: a mattress or yoga mat, blankets, water, and a blindfold or eye covering.

Confidentiality & Safety

  • Everything shared in the group is confidential. What is spoken in the circle stays in the circle.

  • We expect respectful, non-judgmental communication at all times.

  • This is a trauma-informed space. Consent, personal agency, and nervous system regulation are foundational to all we do.

Certification Requirements

To receive your 100-hour certificate, you must complete:

  • 40 hours of live weekly classes

  • 24 hours of monthly virtual retreats

  • 36 hours of home practice and study

  • All practicum requirements, including 1:1 sessions, feedback forms, and written reflections

Failure to complete all components may result in partial completion status and ineligibility for certification.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • If you cancel 61 days or more before the training begins, you will receive a refund minus the deposit.

  • If you cancel between 31–60 days prior to the training start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

  • If you cancel within 30 days of the training start date, no refunds will be issued.

  • All refund exceptions due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the facilitators.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full to receive certification.

Energetic Agreements

  • This space is sacred. Come as you are, but come with intention.

  • Honor your body and breath. We are not here to push, fix, or force.

  • Take radical responsibility for your experience—your process is yours. We are here to guide, not rescue.
